The products available for purchase on our website ship from Australia by regular mail (domestic orders) and by standard air mail (international orders). The shipping fees on our website do not include any applicable local customs duties, taxes, tariffs and fees that may be charged in other countries. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information on any relevant import fees that may be applied to overseas internet purchases.
EU-based customers: As of 1 July 2021, The European Union (EU) has removed the Value Added Tax (VAT) Exemption for low-value imported goods (goods with a value up to €22). As a result, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT, and there may be other associated charges applied by your local customs authorities. If your shipment from our website incurs these charges from customs, these will be at your expense.
Most web orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of the order.
To enquire about the status of an order, please send an email to: email@example.com so we can follow it up. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email, or your full name, delivery address, the date of your order and the titles you ordered.

Most web orders ship within 2 business days of the order. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order. You’ll receive another email, this time directly from Australia Post within 2-3 business days confirming your order has been shipped and providing you with a tracking number for the order.
Domestic Parcels (within Australia)
Orders within Australia usually arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch.
Our internet orders are sent by standard air mail and normally take 9 to 25 business days to most countries. However, please note that global postal/shipping and delivery services are currently unpredictable due to the current world health crisis. If you require your order urgently, we suggest you first try to purchase the products you are looking for from sources that ship from your country.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions around the world, Australia Post is currently unable to ship to some international destinations. For an up-to-date list of these destinations, as well as estimated delivery times, please consult the destination guide provided by Australia Post. Our orders are sent by ‘standard air mail’.
If you place an order, and your delivery address is in a country to which Australia Post is not currently shipping, we will contact you by email to let you know, and we will refund your order.
Please also note that, due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, in some cases delivery may take longer than the estimations provided by Australia Post in their destination guide. As the situation is beyond our control, we are unable to take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected. Thanks for your understanding.

Blue Angel Gallery Pty Ltd will accepts returns of products only if you were sent the incorrect item. You must notify us of the error within 7 days of your receipt of the order. A full replacement or refund will apply including any shipping costs.
All items are thoroughly checked for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that the product(s) is damaged or is damaged in transit, we will replace the product(s) or provide a full refund including any shipping costs upon return of the damaged product(s).
